Kentucky's Postsecondary Education Status

Last month, the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce's Postsecondary Education Task Force released its report on the status of colleges and universities in the Commonwealth. The news is mixed: while enrollment, capacity, and accessibility have increased, high school students' scores on standardized tests are not doing a good job of predicting how well they will perform in college, and inconsistent policies make it difficult for students who want to transfer credits from one school to another.
